Have you ever thought about what you like most about Christmas? Most specifically, what are you thankful for during Christmas?

Merry Christmas MaR! What I like most about Christmas is waiting for my kids to try to get me out of bed because Santa has come. Then I make them wait paitently while our family arrives, then we all eat, open gifts and spend a warm and wonderful time with each other. I'm most thankful however for the blender recipe I found for Hollandaise sauce. Rather than slaving over a double boiler waiting for it to curdle, I get it done in less than 5 minutes in the blender!
Hmmm, I'm most thankful for my family and most wonderful friends (oh and my kitty cats.) They are my life preservers. I am thankful for my home, and everything I have. Thanks for making me write all this, I easily become very ungrateful sometimes when life gets the best of me!
