Kill the weed at the root... PLEASE...

Today was a total rainout, all divisions included. All five fields looked like a mud pit. Canceling today’s games gave me some time to work on other items. I actually cooked a dinner this evening, instead of having some quick, slapped together meal like sandwiches, or samishes, as it’s known in my household. Plus, I actually got all of the dishes washed, another daily item that has fell to the way side during baseball season.

A fellow concerned parent, for lack of a better term, who had decided to step down from his league commissioner (commissioner of all baseball) position, has nominated myself for the position. After a bit of banging heads around over the phone, I am the unofficial fill-in until the next board meeting. Yet again, I wonder why parents choose to sit on the benches and watch their child become a better human.

Considering everything going on in the messed up world we live in today, I give you this piece. Yet another piece written by you know who…

Tool: Right in Two.

Angels on the sideline,
Puzzled and amused.
Why did Father give these humans free will?
Now they’re all confused.

Don’t these talking monkeys know that Eden has enough to go around?
Plenty in this holy garden?
Silly monkeys,
Where there's One you're bound to divide it Right in Two

Angels on the sideline,
Baffled and confused.
Father blessed them all with reason.
This is what they choose.
Monkey killing monkey killing monkey over pieces of the ground.

Silly monkeys,
Give them thumbs, they forge a blade, and where theres One they're bound to divide it,
Right in two.
Right in two.

Monkey killing monkey killing monkey over pieces of the ground.
Silly monkeys,
Give them thumbs, they make a club and beat their brother down.
How they survive so misguided is a mystery.
Repugnant is a creature who would squander the ability
To live tonight in heaven,
Conscious of his fleeting time here.

Cut it all right in two.
Cut it all right in two.
Cut it all right in two.
Cut it all right in two.

Fight over the clouds, over wind, over sky.
Fight over life, over blood, over air.
Fight over love, over sun, over another.
Fight over.. *

Angels on the sideline again
Been so long, with patience and reason
Angels on the sideline again
Wondering where this tug of war will end

Cut it all right in two
Cut it all right in two
Cut it all right in two
Right in two

Please be the ones that fight agents the average. please
